I’m in favour of consequences but that’s fairness bias at work, he’s gotten away with so much for so long, its likely it will keep happening and he will live a long life in absolute luxury.

If he wanted a long life of luxury, he could've stopped at the first billion.

The risk tolerance that was necessary but not sufficient for him to get rich… I suspect he will keep gambling until the luck runs out.
