The issue is that when legislation comes in regarding "disposable" vapes - manufacturers skirt around that by making the fluid chamber a removable pod that can be swapped for others, and a USB-C port for charging the device itself. The issue is that to the end user this is still tangibly the same product - and mostly gets treated in much the same way as the original "disposable" vapes. |
