When that youtuber Benn Jordan released a video describing techniques to covertly throw off Flock cameras (such as obscuring part of the plate with dirt or mud but still allowing it to be clearly read by humans), we saw a Florida legislature update the rulings in record time to overcome these techniques. You add this feature and then the next day all "blind spots" will be covered with additional Flock cameras. |
