I built this after trying CodeRabbit, Greptile, and others. Same problems everywhere: can't customize what it checks, pricing per seat, black-box prompts. diffray runs inside Claude Code or Cursor.
Each "agent" is a Markdown file you can read and edit.
Don't like how it checks for security issues? Change the prompt.
