I’m working on Langswap (https://langswap.app) — an app that translates + dubs videos into other languages. The goal is to take a source video, generate translated speech in a consistent voice, and keep timing close enough that it feels natural. I'm planning to open source parts of it in 2026. If you do localization / run a YouTube channel / ship training videos, I’d love feedback on where current AI dubbing fails most! Not only on my service, but others as well. |
