Open source, by definition can't be "EU" - it's either universal or it's not open. This already annoying spam with the eu call for papers will - at best - result in a random linux distro with a logo slapped on top that will cost 50 million dollars and will be used in 5 kindergartens and 3 elderly nursing homes. |
