No one asked me, but I think a cause that is important, neglected, and (less-so, probably) tractable is loneliness/atomization/lack of meaning among Westerners in the bottom-half of income and education. If fact, I think it might be the world's most underrated problem. I feel like it's neglected, but I'm sure someone somewhere is working on it. (I mean besides the populists and nationalists and others who are making things overall worse.) |
