"Elon Musk’s X has become a top site for images of people that have been non-consensually undressed by AI, according to a third-party analysis, with thousands of instances each hour over a day earlier this week."

First question: how did the analysis determine which undressings were non-consensual?

It's reasonable to assume that ~all are, as it would be _highly_ unusual for any person to grant the general public a license to have some AI tool generate porn of them.
One would hope that an analysis relying on such assuptions would declare so.

'Porn' too is an assumption. Porn is only part of the imagery in question.
