I don't necessarily like to, but that's when I do one or more actions that must be done or that improve my body/mind while giving me an important concentration break: - hit the head - grab a coffee and stare at trees for a minute or two - flash cards / language practice - stretch / pull-ups / push-ups - tidy desk / incrementally organize or improve handwritten notes |
