Based on the fleet and aircraft movement and mobilization reports, this was probably a combination of 3/75 Ranger Regiment and/or RRC, Delta/CAG, 24th STS, and probably 1 or more SEAL teams based on the sub movement. The clear fly-out with rotary wing craft seemingly without a concern in the world tells me they absolutely decapitated Venezuela's air defenses. Their intelligence must have been flawless to have this level of confidence. This wasn't just a raid, it was an extremely visible one meant to send a message.
