God ! For a long time, the cut copy paste icons had no text ! I mean, c'mon MS, after so many years in the industry, surely you must know that having text below icons is how most users use the functions. Heck, I am a seasoned developer, live and breathe computers and software. I too was confused at times with that. Only recently did they add the text to the icons.
