A random provider could be a hit-or-miss. I've personally used RackNerd (found them on LowEndBox/Talk) in the past and can't complain for the price. They have plans under $1/month, and they even provide an IPv4 address: https://www.racknerd.com/BlackFriday/ No affiliation, just a happy customer. |
