Their success is a big part of why the experience is so bad as they have to appeal to a common denominator. At the same time, they also win on the little things that diehard opponents choose to ignore, like search that kind of works. I don't like Office 365 but I'm a paying customer because, after long research, I haven't found a competitor that meets all my requirements. |
