It's only misleading to say so if the edition that replaces it is not strictly worse in at least one axis: Botched remasters, full remakes, unrenewed licenses, ports from a worse version of the game instead of the original... Now, if there's actually a better release of the same game, then sure it should be at least tagged clearly. |
