That's part of the USA's plan, in the hopes that the people will turn on Maduro and oust him so the USA doesn't have to do it. But how did that strategy work out in Libya? Its an absolute mess. Now its a conduit for African migration into Europe. Who knows what destabilizing Venezuela will do. |
