Dealing with Honor support is a pain. They don't understand absolutely anything and is impossible to get them out of their script if you have a problem. I have a Honor 200 pro, and the software is buggy and constantly replaces user configurations with their defaults every 3 or 4 days. I would avoid anything Honor in the future at any cost. |
