> I think the solution is pretty obvious, TBH. Pay people to take care of their family with disabilities. Maybe, but we do also need a way to deal with people whose problems can’t be managed in a family setting. If a person is prone to violent meltdowns with little provocation, or can’t help but steal from their family to feed an addiction, family caregivers aren’t going to be enough. |
