I seriously doubt you have any say in hiring anywhere. Nobody actually hiring would respond like this. ..and retraining? Lol Candidates that are a no show after many interviews should definitely be blacklisted for a set amount of time. The USPS, for instance, will blacklist you for 5 years for this behavior. |
