I second these points. Risk has moved private equity post 2008. Here's my question: what in the hell do C-board people including CFOs do besides a sales hussle? I guess it's shareholder money not their personal butt on the line. People love to invest in Berkshire Hathaway stock and we know why: they don't do stupid. |
