In addition to these excellent comments, my recommendation would be to hack up something: work on your fave idea, a fix to a pet peeve, contrib to an Open-source project and so on...You should get a pretty good idea of your strengths/weaknesses. There is no substitute for actually "doing it". It is also something you can point to in job interviews. p.s This is a sellers market all through. |
