Keep this up and you won't have any customers who would want to touch your "future" products. People are not that dumb. Some actually do research on a company's reputation before buying their products and others, well......they just don't forget when they were screwed over.

I can only assume he's talking about commitments to vendors or carriers, rather than customers who obviously need to discount anything they may say.
