Lucky you, I have done that regardless of the project type, when the client wasn't happy with the x for $y delivery, and delays payments until having their beloved Excel sheets. I have also had to provide technical support in escalation meetings, predating delivery of said sheets. |

Wouldn’t it be a checklist of - these are the 5 requirements and they were/were not met?
Wouldn’t the spreadsheet be a list of requirements and not hours?
