Poland recently had the famous "receptomats", mostly for medical mariuana, but also a bunch of other things people wanted. You'd pay online and quickly receive a PESEL (local equivalent of an SSN) + a 4-digit prescription code, which is all that is needed to redeem a prescription there. |
