The most economically productive places in the world, I.e San Francisco and especially Seattle are famously passive aggressive and avoid conflict. It’s so well known in Seattle they have a name for it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seattle_Freeze Maybe having conflict isn’t healthy, and letting people grumble about things under the breath is the right way forward, unironically. |
