It’s not that different from giving a presentation in front of your team to a stakeholder. It’s not that different from speaking up in your neighborhood group. Speaking in front of people and advocating for yourself is a core human skill. If you don’t practice it you’re setting yourself up for failure. I would even say it has nothing to do with introverts and extroverts. |
