Tokenize Airbnb rental equity. RWA options?

Folks, has anyone done or tried to put short-term rentals (STR) on-chain? I'm looking to tokenize part of property ownership via SPV, to have on-chain lenders put money for yield. Since traditional lenders have rigid terms, converting to RWA opens more opportunities.

Love to get any pointers.

It looks too similar to timeshare, and there are too many horror stories and cams with timeshare.

agree. looking to avoid that model. no incentive for investors in staying, purely a trading/yield play.
