Spirulina is not a good source of choline. You'd need about 6 cups of it per day to get it. I think the person commenting is just interested in spirulina itself and is misguided about its benefits. The studies listed as part of this thread show people taking 3-4 grams per day for 8 weeks... that's less than 1% of choline RDI. Not very relevant to our conversation. |
