At this point I don't know if you're trolling or being wilfully dull. Yes, what you're describing is democracy. Yes, the premise of the system is that the majority vote decides on the rules/policy. Yes it would be bad if that were subverted. But, for like the billionth time now: - this is not what just happened with the NYC vote, and
