Oh that, yeah I've seen pointless certificates given out for doing crappy mandatory training courses. Although, the only place I've seen them is in a company whose HQ is in the US. So maybe that is more of a US thing too. To be honest, I never saw them as a participation reward. Everyone hates doing the damn things in the first place, nobody cares about getting the certificate. |
