Locating: One direct referal from a former colleage, and another one from LinkedIn (I applied to it) Interviewing: I just treat the interviewer as partner rather than a rival that is stopping me from getting the job or something. Being honest and know what you are talking about is key. Surviving: Didnt really need to, all the companies I worked in were good enough. |
