Ask HN: Would kernel level anti-cheats automatically flag my custom driver?

I want to write a replacement to ViGEmBus since it has been abandoned, but it feels pretty worthless to do it if every game's anticheat would automatically flag it as a potential threat and either ban the user or just not launch.
