Number one is an obviously unrealistic goal at this point. They probably believe that setting attainable goals lead to higher motivation among their staff. If asked to do something difficult, but that you believe to be possible, you work harder. If asked to do something you 'know' is impossible you throw up your hands in exasperation and do nothing. |
