Correct. People get mad about the low carb thing because they have come to believe, via habit, that the insane number of carbs on their plate is normal. It's not. There's hidden sugar and carbs in almost everything. Moreover most carbs people consume are highly processed. People don't get fat eating brown rice. They get fat eating cereal with hidden sweets. 'healthy' oatmeal that's laden with sugar. Fried potatoes, etc. |
