I'm a Washington state resident working on a https://vibebrowser.app AI Co-pilot chrome extension and browser. Given that I don't anticipate securing seed funding after the ChatGPT Atlas release (when I need Delaware C-Corp), I'm planning to establish an LLC that is cost-effective to maintain out-of-pocket. Considering factors like annual fees, taxes, and compliance, which state would be the most economical for registering my LLC: Washington or Wyoming? I know that Wyoming is cheaper, but I live in Seattle, WA. And chatgpt can't help me here, it concerned about my WA residentship. Any advices? Thanks in advance! |
