I think the OP opted for the latter ("credible mental health professional") when demanding counselling, but left off the former ("legal action"). I tend to agree with him, and I think in a way you are too... the important issue might not be in making him pay for his harassment, but understanding how and why he did those things (and then treating him if needed). Criminalising him adds.. what? |
