> One problem with this is that it presupposes that the interviewer is skilled enough to spot problems, ask the right probing questions, etc. Casey is definitely skilled enough. I can’t say that’s universal. That is the entire point of the technical interview. Someone who is already experienced in a particular subject is also at least qualified to ask the right questions to the candidate related to the subject. |
