Read my post again. You can go to any website and see evidence of their non-compliance (you don't have to look very hard - they generally tend to push these in your face in the most obnoxious manner possible). You can't consider a regulation being enforced if everyone gets away with publishing evidence of their non-compliance on their website in a very obnoxious manner. |
