I get so (unreasonably?) annoyed with people saying "European" and meaning "EU"; they're not the same thing. Stop it! You're missing all the providers based in the UK who frankly provide at least as many good options as the whole of the EU combined. |

Here European clearly means "outside of the legal reach of the USA".
