It's been rising steadily for years, it's just usually presented as being something other than antisemitism, with a whole lot of clueless enthusiasts who don't understand the team they've decided to back. It's so bizarre to see the actual, unironic embrace of nazism and Hitler by significant figures in the causes the American left so passionately embraces. I'm half convinced there's some 4chan troll billionaire trying to pull off the most outrageous cognitive dissonance of all time. |
