This question has been asked for driverless cars or autonomously driving cars. However it may apply to AI as well when people rely on it for non trivial tasks. Let's say I file my expense report with AI and AI basically makes mistakes that mean I'm declaring expenses that aren't there. At what point does that stop being my fault and is it instead a liability of the company making that ai software? |
