Every image feels fake. Like picking up and biting into a petit four to find it is fondant all the way through. I find no creativity. No human touch. Little red riding hood looks like a Chinese knock-off. We had fake images aplenty of course, via stock photo databases etc., and this seems like the next step, so it will be used on a massive scale… I am curious to know how people will respond to these in time though. Mild aversion like with those recruiting photos showing a carefully balanced diverse team with bright smiles and lots of extravert signalling in a super bright office with lots of windows, clean surfaces, and pristine Fruit-brand laptops and monitors tackling some tricky XML serialisation bug in their legacy SAML plugin? By the way, the '20 credits for daily check-in' in the free tier feels a little scummy in a dark-pattern kind of way. |
