I can imagine that there could be a case of parallel construction to build a case to get a specific desired outcome. I also think that if you're right and this is an example of a 'mild' case of mismanaged assets it's still pretty egregious. I find the even milder circular financing of deals like nVidia investing in OpenAI to be concerning. |
