One of the things I’d love to know is if you agree with this view what is an average person to do? You can always short the whole market but that’s crazy risky and as the article says this could go on for some time.
Gold miners like THXPF, MNSAF, KGC are fantastically priced, particularly with high inflation for the next few years. As a cyclical play, one would exit in 3-7 years (when everyone starts talking about it). Chinese stocks e.g. through KWEB are also lovely. But it's hard to suggest without first suggesting various accounting books.
