sort of? vegas and the surrounding areas are totally inundated with gated communities, I bet you'd get a LOT of nimbyism in those areas. As far as the strip itself goes , well that's controlled by the corporate casino post-mafia folks. I think most of that stuff gets negotiated in backrooms. |
