Depending on the role, I could see these scores being a negative indicator. For example, if you are an engineer, spending your entire day in Teams would be an explanation for lower productivity. But, if you're a manager, a high degree of engagement with Teams might be more appropriate. I'm not looking forward to the inevitable leaderboard games with these scores. |
