Best of luck for your continued recovery. Keep at it. I can’t tell you to do this because I don’t know your medical history, but slowly working your way up to medium weight training can also be a game changer. Re: squats, Romanian deadlifts, pull ups, dead hangs. |

Exercise is great, but don't lift too much weight. Prefer more reps instead.
