Proving or disproving intent is hard, in court trials often taking days of witness testimony and jury deliberation. These hot-take/title patterns "X is about Y1" are exploiting the difficulty of disproving them. I often see it in the pattern of "Behavior of Group I Dislike is About Bad Motive." |
