I try to imagine decisions like a Wikipedia article author - who narrating the story would not give more than a sentence or two to whether you released a free alternative as a d move or as a strategy play. It would discuss the feature set, how you monetized it, and how long each of your services ultimately lasted(spoiler: longevity wins) |
