People watching short form videos on social networks are consuming noise transmissions. This contains data. They put it in craft videos like a graffiti art process. People consume it thinking it's interesting by scrolling with their phones. This is either good or bad (hackers or helpers).

This is something I deem possible, that is all. Also there is the spreading aspect to it by using the phone speakers in a room.
