Actual situation: Self-hosting email is great, if you have plenty of free time to waste, and if you don't particularly care if your messages are delivered. One little thing the OP failed to mention is that even if you get a "lucky IP address" today, it can be randomly blocked (with no recourse) tomorrow by Google. |
